No Contact, Hope, & What To Do Next
A 4-week guided breakup decision-support group for people who are hurting, torn, analyzing what happened, and wondering what to do now.
Not all breakups have a clear, obvious answer on what to do next.
You still love them.
You see everything that was beautiful and good.
Yet, you know there were real problems.
More often than not, breakups happen because there's a complicated mix of issues, timing, life circumstances, emotional inconsistency, and entrenched patterns. It goes beyond the simple "move on" or "get back together" decision.
People in this group are focused on trying to understand what to do when it's unclear whether a real and meaningful, yet complicated, relationship is repairable or over.
Stay in No Contact? Low Contact? Is No Contact a fit?
Reach out? Wait? Should you try again?
Try to reconcile, move forward, or something in between?
How do you make what you feel fit with what you know, and what you know fit with what you feel?
This group is designed to help you think through these questions with structure, support, and practical coaching with someone who has coached over 20,000 hours about complicated relationships.
This is for you if...
You are in the early breakup period, or you still feel caught in the contact, hope, and what-do-I-do-next loop.
You may be:
Checking for signs
Replaying what happened
Wondering if No Contact is helping or hurting
Questioning whether No Contact is even right for your situation
Torn between wanting reconciliation and wondering whether going back is right
Grieving the good parts while also recognizing the real problems
Unsure what makes the most sense
You don’t have to be calm or have it all figured out to join this group, but you do need to be willing to think and reflect.

What To Expect Each Week
-
The first lesson and weekly live Q&A of each new 4-week guided group starts the last Wednesday of the month.
The start schedule for guided groups through the remainder of 2026 is:
September 30
October 28
November 25
December 30
There will not be a guided group that starts August 26, as I will be on vacation from September 1 through September 27.
-
Yes, you can join the guided group’s message board up to a week before the start of the first lesson and live Q&A.
Joining early means that you will get more of my focused attention on the message board before lessons begin.
I commit to reading and responding to your guided group’s message board starting a week before the start of the first lesson and live Q&A.
However, the weekly live sessions for your guided group will not start until the last Wednesday of the month.
-
We will look at what No Contact is, what it is not, when Contact/Low Contact may fit better, and how to think about contact when there are shared children, work, shared assets, finances, or logistics.
You will start building a contact plan that fits your actual situation.
-
We will focus on the emotional pull of the breakup: the urge to communicate, the urge to check, the urge to replay everything, the urge to seek immediate relief, and the anxiety and fear from it all.
You will learn how to slow the cycle without relying only on contact, checking, or reassurance.
-
We will focus on hope, reconciliation, connection, and whether trying again is realistic.
This is for the part of you that still hopes, loves them, still sees what was meaningful, and still wonders whether the relationship could become different.
We will look at what would need to change, what reconciliation would actually require, and how to think about reconciliation without relying on panic, wishes, and guilt.
-
As a group, we will all work alongside each other to figure out everyone’s next steps.
Should you continue No Contact? Shift to Low Contact? Prepare for reconnection? Keep moving forward? Create more distance?
You will leave with a practical idea of how to approach the next 30 days.

You do need to be willing to participate in a structured coaching space where we look at contact, No Contact, emotional withdrawal, hope, reconnection, and what makes sense for you next.
My coaching approach
My work is behavior-based, structured, and evidence-informed.
I do not use breakup coaching to diagnose your ex (only a licensed mental health professional can do that), hyperanalyze every action, or view No Contact as a tactic to make someone miss you.
I look at communication, behavior, consistency, emotional withdrawal, context, and what makes sense and what is healthiest for you.
For years, I was the lead coach and lead moderator in one of the largest online romantic relationship coaching support groups. I have seen firsthand how easily breakup support spaces can become reactive, reassurance-driven, and unstructured when thousands of people are hurting and trying to make sense of uncertainty.
This 4-week guided group is designed differently. It is intentionally structured and each guided group is kept to an easily navigated size. We’re here to slow things down, look at the actual relationship, and think through contact, distance, recovery, and next steps with structure, logic, and science.
Human beings are complicated, and our relationships are complex.
My role is to help you sort through the complexity with steadier judgment and a calmer mind - not push you toward reconciling or moving on.
The feedback that I give is based on:
Over 20,000 hours of 1:1 coaching
Years of helping clients navigate complicated breakup and reconnection decisions
My private coaching database which tracks patterns across thousands of relationship situations, choices, decisions, and outcomes
In joining my 4-week guided group, you have access to all of that experience inside a structured group setting.
My coaching practice is monitored and endorsed by a board-certified neurologist and a board-certified psychiatrist. This group is still coaching, not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, or a clinical provider relationship.

FAQ
-
No. This is coaching. It is not therapy, crisis care, medical care, legal advice, or a substitute for mental health treatment.
-
No. This group does not promise reconciliation, to make your ex miss you, or to reattract someone.
This group is supportive, structured, and evidence-informed.
We will talk about hope, repair, and whether trying again is realistic. The goal is not to chase, manipulate, or force reconnection.
The guided group isn’t opposed to the idea of reconciliation; if that’s what you believe is healthiest and best for you, you are supported in that.
However, the guided group’s focus is on you, your emotional control, and your discernment. With a calmer, strategic, and structured frame of mind, you are able to make the decisions that are in your long-term best interests.
-
It’s completely fine if you want them back.
This group is for people who are torn. Part of you may want reconciliation, and another part may be questioning whether going back is wise.
-
No.
Some people will be in No Contact. Some will be in Low Contact. Some will need contact for children, work, housing, belongings, finances, or logistics. Some people may decide that No Contact is not the right fit for their situation.
-
This group is for people in the early breakup period, and for people who still feel caught in the contact, hope, emotional withdrawal, and what-do-I-do-next loop.
If the breakup happened weeks or months ago, but you are still struggling with these questions, this may still be a fit.
